WE’RE HIRING – SALES, SOCIAL MEDIA & STORE COORDINATOR
Full-Time Position | Make My Design – Mississauga- PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for an energetic, confident and sales-driven person to join our team full-time.
This is a client-facing sales and social media role. We need someone who is extremely confident with customers, very fluent English, following up on leads, closing sales and helping clients choose the right products and packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to Instagram, social media, email and customer inquiries
- Turn social media inquiries into bookings and confirmed sales
- Speak confidently with clients over the phone, messages and in person
- Follow up with new and previous leads
- Make cold calls to potential clients and businesses
- Upsell products and recommend additional services
- Create customized packages and pricing based on client requirements
- Prepare quotes and help clients finalize their orders
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Keep track of leads, bookings, follow-ups and sales
- Prepare basic daily/weekly sales and lead reports
- Help create social media content and promote our products/services
- Assist with basic graphic design and client artwork when required
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and networking events
- Help generate new business through outreach and partnerships
- Assist with the day-to-day management and organization of the store
- Coordinate with the design and production team to make sure orders are handled correctly
- Learn our printing products, materials, pricing and production process
What We’re Looking For
The most important part of this position is communication and sales ability.
You should be:
- Confident and professional when speaking with customers
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up repeatedly
- Good at converting inquiries into sales
- Naturally comfortable with upselling
- Active and comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients at the same time
- Responsible with appointments, deadlines and follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn about printing, signage, event stationery and custom products
- Creative and able to understand what clients are looking for
- Able to work independently and take ownership of sales opportunities
Graphic design experience is an asset, but strong communication, customer service and sales skills are more important.
Printing Experience Is NOT Required
We will provide training on our printing products, materials, packages, pricing and production process.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn the printing business and grow into the role.
This Role Is Perfect for Someone Who:
Enjoys talking to people, loves social media, is comfortable selling, can think creatively about packages and pricing, and gets excited about turning an inquiry into a confirmed order.
This is not just a desk or design position. You will actively communicate with customers, make calls, follow up on leads, attend events, help manage the store and work toward generating more sales for the company.
Full-time availability is required.
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
