Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert advice
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools
- Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Assist in training junior staff and mentoring new team members when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage front desk duties efficiently
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$35.00 per hour
