Front Desk Agent – Comfort Inn Lakeshore
Comfort Inn Lakeshore is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position offers a variety of shifts, including 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Availability is required on weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Take, modify, and manage reservations
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Balance cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with breakfast preparation and clean-up
- Perform laundry duties as needed
- Operate the hotel’s computer and phone systems
- Address and resolve guest requests or concerns promptly
- Complete front office tasks in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
Position Details
- 16-32 hours a week
- Hours may fluctuate based on business needs
