The Craft
You will be the bridge between a designer’s vision and the shop floor. Your mission is to engineer high-complexity millwork that seamlessly blend fine hardwoods, metal, glass, and integrated lighting. This isn't high-volume production—it is specialized, technical craft.
Your Bench Skills (Requirements)
- Precision Drafting: Expert-level AutoCAD or Inventor.
- Material IQ: You know how to marry wood to metal and glass while accounting for movement and light.
- The "Maker" Mindset: You understand how things are actually built, not just how they look on a screen.
- Detail Obsessed: You catch the conflicts before they hit the saw.

Wage is dependent on experience and skill level
