We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our branch location. RIBO licenced. The Branch Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and team members, fostering a positive environment that aligns with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Hiring - Other team members using Linkedin and Indeed.
- Manage daily operations, including overseeing sales activities, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
- Upload, Service and sell as required on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and accountability
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within an insurance brokerage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationship
- Demonstrated success in sales growth initiatives and meeting performance goals
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a Brokerage role as a broker or a CSR.

Pay: $35,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
