Job Overview
Vertex Logical Solutions is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our day shift team. This role focuses on shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
We are looking for individuals who value consistency, reliability, and long-term employment, and who take pride in doing the job right the first time.
Schedule
· Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
· Occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons
· Full-time, on-site role
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
· Use RF scanners and pallet jacks to manage stock
· Maintain inventory accuracy and organization through daily pick tasks
· Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient
· Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
· Support team operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or physically demanding role strongly preferred
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic computer skills (scanning systems, order tracking)
· Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits
· Starting at $19.95/hour (up to $21.00/hour based on experience)
