Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, assisting customers, and delivering a positive experience for all visitors. Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely to clean vehicles thoroughly
- Assist customers with their vehicle needs and provide friendly, professional service
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including washing bays and surrounding facilities
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are stocked and properly maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Ensure high-quality work is consistently delivered
- Assist with any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
