Miss Panda Handmade is looking for a friendly, reliable, and creative team member to join our crochet and handmade gift shop!

Retail & Crochet Shop Assistant (Part-time / Full-time)
Location
Sevenoaks, Abortsford, BC
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Process sales using the POS system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Restock merchandise and create attractive product displays.
- Help package products and prepare online orders.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving new products.
- Learn basic information about yarn, crochet supplies, and handmade gifts to help customers.
- (Bonus) If you crochet, assist with making sample products or simple handmade items.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Crochet experience is a bonus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Able to work weekends and holidays when needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes.

Compensation
