Rope Access Technicians – Full-Time & Subcontractors

SKYRA is a growing Vancouver-based company delivering safe, efficient rope access solutions across building maintenance, inspections, and specialist trade works. We are hiring experienced rope access technicians for full-time positions and subcontractor roles to support a growing workload and scalable team sizes.
Technical Work & Trades
- Caulking & building envelope repairs (essential)
- Membrane application & leak investigation
- Concrete & stucco repairs
- Painting & coating systems
- Pressure washing & soft washing
- Window cleaning
Requirements
- IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3
- Proven experience in the technical works listed above
- Strong safety awareness and site communication
- Ability to work at height in varying conditions
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Full-Time Employees (Hourly):
- Level 1: $32–$35/hr
- Level 2: $35–$40/hr
- Level 3 / Supervisor: $40–$50/hr
Subcontractors / Piece-Work Opportunities
Rates based on certification, experience, and technical skillset.
- Pricing agreed per scope or output
- Clear quantities, drawings, and expectations provided upfront
- Efficient, skilled teams can work on standard day rates or enhanced hourly rates
- Ideal for caulking, envelope repairs, coatings, concrete patching, washing, and window cleaning
