Job Summary
We are seeking a part time (with full time potential) dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software.
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Experience with Abeldent software
- Experience with extractions and endodontics
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
