Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform rough and final grading with precision.
- Assist with sod preparation and installation.
- Complete excavation, drainage, and site preparation work.
- Load and unload equipment when required.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Read site plans and understand grading elevations (preferred).
- Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years operating heavy equipment (landscaping or construction preferred).
- Experience with grading and drainage is a strong asset.
- Ability to operate equipment accurately around existing structures and utilities.
- Valid G Driver's Licence .
- Reliable transportation to our meeting location or job sites.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to help the team when not operating equipment.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- 8–12 hour shifts depending on project requirements
