Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our team at either of our sites. This is a full time shift. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage with children and their families effectively.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the program.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education is a plus.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.24-$29.44 per hour
