Position Description
Gravis Farms Ltd. is seeking to fill 30 Greenhouse Farm Worker positions beginning in January 2027. Work will be performed at our two Abbotsford sites: 4653 Bell Road and 34250 Townshipline Road. Job duties require consistent repetitive performance and will include maintaining and harvesting greenhouse grown peppers, start of season preparation of facilities, planting, and packhouse duties. Candidates must be able to work 40-60 hours per week and outdoors when required. Wages are $18.25/hr +4% vacation pay with a possible bonus and wage increase(s) based on performance. No experience necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Hand harvesting vegetables
- Tie and secure plants
- Pruning away off-shoots
- Cleaning and sanitizing the greenhouse
- Prepare the greenhouse for planting
- Grading vegetables into saleable categories
- Packing vegetables into market ready packaging
