Duties
- Reception
- Proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to formatting standards
- Manage and organize electronic and physical filing systems for case files and legal documents
- Perform data entry with high precision to update case management systems
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and summaries with clarity and professionalism
- Handle clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, attorneys, and external parties
- Managing disclosure from clients and other lawyers
- File pleadings

- Proven proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in receiving, collating and labelling disclosure
- Excellent organizational skills for managing files, documents, and deadlines
- Data entry experience ensuring accuracy in record keeping
- Clerical experience with familiarity in filing systems and administrative tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
