Your Role
Reporting to the QAQC Manager, you will play a key role in our QAQC division. As our QAQC Technician, you will possess the ability to learn and apply company methods, practices, procedures and regulatory requirements regarding the installation of modern plumbing and hydronics systems. You will be responsible for completing QAQC for Enersolv’s commercial projects while providing detailed reporting and documentation. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of communication and dedication to our foremen, superintendents and project managers. You will be expected to collaborate with site teams and ensure proper installation of suite plumbing and remain invested in the site’s overall success until completion.
Being punctual, flexible and personable will be a daily expectation as a QAQC representative of Enersolv.
Responsibilities
- Complete pre-board and fixture commissioning checklists and inspections
- Read drawings, pre-diagnose conflict, and recommend solutions
- Perform QAQC duties that are tailored to the Site Foreman’s liking
- Demonstrate high quality installation to site crews with a positive attitude
- Educate site teams with QAQC expectations & processes
- Perform all duties within the site schedule
- Provide improvements as needed with commercial and residential plumbing, fixture installations
- Write detailed reports with photo documentation
- Ensure projects are up to building and plumbing code
- Build rough-in and finishing packages for site teams.
Skills and Qualifications
· 8-10 years experience on residential and commercial projects:
o High rise domestic water systems
o High rise hydronic systems
o A strong understanding of Procore & Sitedocs
o Gas knowledge & experience
· Plumbing or Gas-fitting Red Seal Ticket
· Level 1 First Aid (considered an asset)
· Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) (considered an asset)
· Possess personal hand tools for the trade. Enersolv will provide any additional company-related tools.
· Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
