Job Title: Shift Co-ordinator

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Shift Manager to join our team. The Shift Manager is responsible for managing their shift, overseeing 8-12 employees, maintaining Burger King standards for Guest Service, Food Safety, Food Quality, Speed of Service, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and promptly addressing any issues or complaints.
· Manage inventory effectively, including ordering supplies and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
· Manage labour hours and cash flow effectively to optimize restaurant profitability.
· Ensure compliance with Burger King and Sadiq Holdings Inc. policies, procedures, and standards.
· Handle cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and reconciliation.
· Enforce personnel policies, labour laws, and security and safety procedures.
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, late nights, and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
· Canadian High School Education or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2 years of QSR experience with supervisory training, preferably within Burger King.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations.
· Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in English
· Guest service-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
