At Johnson Farms, you will:
- Provide friendly customer service to everyone who comes in
- Stock shelves and create beautiful displays of produce and goodies
- Use the cash register accurately to check out customers
- Prepare produce to put on the shelves
- Ensure that the food on the shelf is still fresh
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Motivated and have an excellent work ethic
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a personable attitude
- A good problem solver to quickly resolve any store or customer issues
- Detail-oriented
- A team player who is able to work well alone AND with others
- Previous food/farm/market experience is greatly appreciated, but not necessary
Wage:
- To start, you will earn minimum wage, but there is room for advancement if you are a skilled and responsible worker!
Hours:
- Store hours are usually between 8-7pm, so you will never have to work nights!
- Part or full time available
- Must be willing to work weekends during the summer
