Production Staff work alongside the Production Coordinator and Production Leadership to deliver excellent production services for our guests. They support all audio, visual, lighting, and set-up needs to make every event shine. They are responsible for moving and lifting equipment, handling the set-up and takedown of staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents, etc.) and gear (speakers, microphones, lights). A typical schedule will include a mix of daytime and evening shifts depending on our guests’ needs, so flexibility is key!
