Position ResponsibilitiesLine Cooks & Prep Cooks
- Prepare and organize mise en place for daily service
- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work various stations including grill, sauté, fryer, garde manger, brunch, and taqueria service
- Assist with preparation of proteins, sauces, salsas, vegetables, and other kitchen production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory organization
Kitchen Supervisors
- Lead kitchen operations during service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards
- Train and support kitchen team members
- Coordinate prep production and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accountability
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and daily kitchen operations
RequirementsLine Cook / Prep Cook
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in high-volume kitchens is an asset
Kitchen Supervisor
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
