We are hiring a Setup Operator (Die Change) to support press operations in a fast-paced metal stamping environment in Mississauga. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hr (based on experience).
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down press dies safely and efficiently.

Operate stamping equipment and maintain production standards.

Perform start-up checks on machines and auxiliary equipment.

Troubleshoot basic press issues and escalate when needed.

Maintain quality, scrap, and production records.

Handle materials using forklifts, cranes, and lift equipment.
Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.

Requirements:

2+ years press operation experience.
2+ years die change/setup experience.

Forklift/crane experience an asset.
