Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer experience, repair services, inventory management, staff development, and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, drive results, and ensure operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of mobile phones, tablets, laptops, accessories, screen protectors, and repair services.
- Increase accessory attachment rates and protection plan sales.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Build relationships with local customers and businesses.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales associates and technicians.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Create schedules and manage staffing levels.
- Lead daily sales meetings and product training sessions.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Ensure customers receive accurate repair and product recommendations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and review ratings.
Repair Operations
- Oversee phone, tablet, smartwatch, and laptop repair services.
- Monitor repair turnaround times and quality control standards.
- Ensure technicians follow company repair procedures.
- Manage warranty and post-repair customer support.
- Track technician productivity and repair revenue.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
- Prevent inventory shrinkage and loss.
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
- Ensure pricing and promotional materials are updated.
Store Operations
- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and mall regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional store environment.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- Experience managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred
- Experience in electronics retail.
- Experience with smartphone, tablet, laptop, and smartwatch repairs.
- Knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and other mobile devices.
- Experience using POS and inventory management systems.
