Job Summary
Support store goals by leading a customer-focused team, optimizing inventory and merchandising, and creating a seamless shopping experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Key horlder include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for opening and closing the store
- Assists customers on the sales floor, on the telephone, as well as at the registers
- Proactively seek to learn and grow through personal learning and development opportunities

Minimum Requirements
- Availability to work some weekday evenings until 9:30 p.m. and most weekends
- Previous experience as keyholder
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve product knowledge.
- Pet knowledge/experience and supervisory experience are considered assets.
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $17.60–$18 per hour. Total compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
