Coronation Industrial Sales & Rentals is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts Technician to join our team in Coronation.
CIS serves farmers, ranchers, oilfield customers, industrial businesses, tradespeople, and local residents across the region. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships, and working in a busy small-town business where no two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities
The Parts Technician will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers at the front counter, over the phone, and by text/email.
- Looking up, sourcing, and selling parts, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Helping customers identify what they need, including from photos or descriptions.
- Preparing orders, quotes, and invoices.
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional store.
- Working with suppliers to source products and confirm pricing/availability.
- Supporting deliveries, shipping, and customer order follow-up when required.
- Providing excellent customer service to both walk-in and commercial customers.
- Identifying and developing new customer opportunities in the region.
- Reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and promoting CIS products and services.
- Following up with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and help grow long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Parts, agriculture, oilfield, industrial, mechanical, or retail experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good computer and communication skills.
- Ability to learn product lines and supplier systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Confidence speaking with customers and building business relationships.
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification would be considered a strong asset.
Experience with agricultural parts, industrial supplies, hydraulics, bearings, belts, filters, tools, welding supplies, or oilfield parts would also be considered an asset. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
