Restoration and Building Maintenance Company is looking for a Full Time – Office Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Data entry
· Answering and directing incoming calls
· Scheduling technicians
· Managing emails and communications between all staff members
· Opening new job files and sending work orders
Job Requirements:
· Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
· Great attitude with the ability to work as a team
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to take direction
· Experience with Quickbooks Online is required
· Proficient knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
· Experience in building restoration is an asset
· Knowledge of Albi software is an asset
· Experience with Xactimate is an asset
