Position Overview Stallion Auto Villa is a premier pre-owned automotive dealership experiencing rapid market growth. We are seeking highly ambitious, results-oriented Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-volume showroom. This role is designed exclusively for self-motivated professionals who thrive in an autonomous environment and demand a direct correlation between their sales volume and financial rewards. Candidates must possess exceptional closing abilities, strong financial literacy (financing/leasing), and the work ethic required to maximize a lucrative, uncapped commission structure. Key Responsibilities
- Dealership Consultation: Guide clients through the entire vehicle procurement process from initial greeting to final delivery.
- Inventory Presentation: Conduct professional walk-arounds and demonstrate vehicle features, performance metrics, and value propositions.
- Pipeline Management: Cultivate inbound dealership traffic, digital inquiries, and phone leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Financial Structuring: Work collaboratively with our finance department to present prime and subprime lending solutions to customers.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain precise data entry within the dealership’s CRM system to log activities, follow up with prospects, and secure repeat business.
Candidate Profile
