Job Duties:
· Provide lawn services: fertilizer, weed control, aeration, lime, insect control, seeding
· Provide recommendations/pricing to improve a customer’s lawn during inspections.
· Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
· Accurate record keeping using Weed Man’s smartphone software Stoptimiser.
· Alert office of customer service issues or customer inquiries that need to be addressed.
· Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
· Follow employer policies on dress code, driving, cellular phone use, Health, and Safety.
· Obtain Pesticide Applicators License- Weed Man will prep and cover cost of exam.
Your Skills/Qualifications:
· Valid Canadian Drivers License & clean drivers abstract.
· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
· General labour and customer service experience is an asset.
· Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
· Able to work outside in all types of weather.
· Able to work longer hours during peak times- including weekend shifts if needed.
· Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
