Albany Medical Clinic is a large family practice of 40 family doctors who provide services to over 50,000 patients in the East Toronto community.
We are looking for a highly organized individual to manage patient record requests.
This is a full time, in person role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage processing of third party forms and patient record requests to ensure timely completion and payment for services
- Process invoices sent to third parties and patients
- Ensure all obligations under Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) are met
- Other administrative tasks as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma in administration or health related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete required documentation, reports and forms
- Process Improvement mindset
- Knowledge of Telus Practice Solutions (EMR) is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
