About Us:
We are a vibrant Cha Chaan Teng style food court stall serving classic Hong Kong comfort food. We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Hong Kong style food court dishes (stir-fry, baked rice, noodles, soup base prep, and fast food items).
- Handle food preparation, cutting, marinating, and organizing kitchen stations.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen conditions.
- Ensure speed, food quality, and accuracy during busy peak hours.
Requirements:
- Experience: Both experienced cooks and inexperienced candidates are welcome! (On-the-job training will be provided).
- Language: Cantonese speakers are preferred due to the nature of our customer base and kitchen operations.
- Passionate about cooking and working in a fast-paced food environment.
- Good work ethic, punctual, and a strong team player.

- 在繁忙時段保持高效、快捷且確保食物品質。
入職要求：
- 工作經驗： 經驗不拘！ 有經驗者優先，無經驗者亦歡迎申請（提供在職培訓）。
- 語言要求： 懂廣東話者優先（因應顧客群及工作團隊溝通需要）。
- 對餐飲及烹飪有熱誠，適應快節奏工作環境。
- 守時、有責任感，具備良好的團隊合作精神。
薪酬及福利：
- 薪金： 面議（視乎工作經驗及技能而定）。
