As Store Manager, you’re responsible for the sales performance of the store as well as other vital areas including contractor relationships (PRO), and generating leads for our service teams (painting, flooring, refinishing). You will lead a small team, set the daily tone, and turn customer interactions into measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn potential into growth. This is not a back-office manager role, this is a front-of-store sales driver.
What You’ll Do
- Drive daily retail and contractor (PRO) sales
- Generate project leads (painting, flooring, refinishing) and hand them off to our quoting team
- Maintain accurate inventory with strong min/max ordering practices
- Lead merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized
- Lead, schedule, and train staff to deliver a consistent customer experience
- Track and reduce waste (e.g., mistinted paint, expired stock)
- Represent the brand in the local community through engagement and outreach
