We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our physiotherapy clinic . Duties
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up needs
- Verify insurance information and process billing as needed
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and streamline office operations
- Maintain organized office files and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
- manage Account receivable and allocate the payments in system
- Send invoice to insurance companies
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare settings
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
