CACC is an Ontario Career College (est. 2003) with campuses in Toronto and Scarborough, offering career-focused training to local and international students.
What We’re Looking For:
A skilled professional in building maintenance or property management who can teach with clarity and enthusiasm. Teaching experience is a bonus, but not required.
Must-Haves:
- Diploma/degree in Building/Facilities/Property Management or related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in building operations or property maintenance
- Knowledge of Ontario building codes, safety regulations, tenant relations
- Ability to foster an inclusive, interactive learning environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Certifications like CBO, RPA, WHMIS, Working at Heights
Course Topics Include:
- Microsoft Office & Project
- Bookkeeping, QuickBooks
- Building Systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical)
- Safety, Security, Fire Prevention
- Property Management, Landscaping
- Business Communications, Job Search
