We're looking for a People & Culture Operations Partner to help build and optimize the systems, processes, reporting, and resources that support our employees and leaders across British Columbia.
This is a unique opportunity to join our team during a major transformation. Over the next 6-12 months, you'll work closely with the Manager, People & Culture to support the implementation of Dayforce as our HRIS and help build our SharePoint-based Leadership Toolbox Hub, providing leaders with easy access to policies, forms, workflows, templates, and resources.
Once these projects are established, your focus will shift toward ongoing administration, reporting, system optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
- Maintain employee records, employment documentation, and compliance requirements
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Serve as a key administrator and resource for Dayforce
- Support HRIS implementation, testing, reporting, data validation, and system improvements
- Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Track credential compliance, certifications, and workforce metrics
- Help build and maintain Kaigo's SharePoint Leadership Toolbox Hub
- Create leader resources, templates, guides, and self-service tools
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Scheduling, and Site Leadership on workforce initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee and leader experiences
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR, HRIS, People Operations, or HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and workforce administration
- Experience working with HR systems and employee data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Advanced attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Dayforce experience
- HRIS implementation or digital transformation experience
- SharePoint experience, including resource hubs and self-service tools
- Healthcare, seniors living, or multi-site experience
- Immigration experience (LMIA, Work Permits, RCIP)
- CPHR designation or working toward designation
