Job Overview
We are seeking a flexible Door-to-Door Sales and Marketing representative to generate leads and eventually sell jobs for our Painting and Window Cleaning business.
Job Breakdown
- You and your team members will be responsible for going door-to-door identifying potential customers and introducing them to the services we provide. This involves knocking on doors, engaging with residents, and asking if they might be interested in what we offer.
- You will not be "hard selling" at every door, you are collecting information (name/number/service they are looking for). Sales will be done at a later time.
- Once your door-to-door performance has been going steady, we will be looking to promote a marketer to a sales representative.
Training
- All marketing and sales training will be provided through in person training and written documents.
Pay
- Door-to-door marketers are paid on an hourly + incentive based structure. Incentives are paid out based on valid leads collected and jobs booked.
- Sales reps are paid on a per estimate + commission based structure.
Schedule
- You can choose your own working days, and work up to around 25 hours a week.
- Great supplemental income position
Pay: $22.50-$35.00 per hour
