Now Hiring: Part-Time Contract Cleaner & Grounds Maintenance for Short Term Rental Properties
River Valley Haven Rentals is a family owned and operated rental property connected to what was Everybody's Gym, now being rebranded. We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to support the maintenance of our rental properties. This is a part-time contract position with opportunities to expand your role as we complete the rebrand and launch of Badlands Bootcamp; Adventure Wellness Retreats. The successful candidate has a solid attention to detail, excels in hospitality, and enjoys organization, learning, and developing skills in multiple areas. Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer experience is essential in this role.
Position Overview:
- Cleaning, maintenance and staging of four short term rental suites
- Gardening and yard work of the properties as needed
Compensation:
- $18–$25/hour, depending on experience and amount of training required
- Additional on-call hours available
Training & Growth Opportunities:
- We train the right candidates in wellness treatments during the spring and summer months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently clean suites in detail and with care
- Perform a high standard of cleaning and maintenance of rental suites
- Stage suites for guests prior to check in
- Respond to and support rental guests in a timely and professional manner, as needed
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and owners to create a positive, supportive environment
