Our client, a North American Property & Casualty insurance organization, is looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Consultant to support ongoing document generation initiatives within their existing SmartCOMM environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on SmartCOMM professional who has experience maintaining, enhancing, and upgrading document generation solutions in a production environment. The work will primarily focus on supporting existing projects and upcoming release activities rather than implementing SmartCOMM from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain an existing SmartCOMM document generation environment.

Modify and enhance document templates to support business and branding requirements.

Perform document-related updates, including logo changes, signature updates, formatting changes, and other template enhancements.

Support SmartCOMM upgrade activities and release-related changes.

Work closely with project teams to ensure document generation requirements are delivered on time.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartCOMM templates and document outputs.

Participate in ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience working with SmartCOMM.

Experience supporting document generation within an existing SmartCOMM implementation.

Strong experience modifying document templates, branding elements, signatures, and customer-facing correspondence.

Experience supporting SmartCOMM upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
