We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.
Must be able to work a flexible shift including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room deficiencies promptly
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests
- Assist with other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift, push, and move housekeeping equipment and supplies as required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
