Financial Services Associate (Remote) Ontario or Manitoba
I am seeking motivated and professional individuals interested in building a career in the financial services industry. This remote opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis for applicants located in Ontario or Manitoba, Canada.
Training is provided for individuals entering the industry. Applicants who are already HLLQP licensed, as well as those willing to complete the required licensing process, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
- Assist clients with understanding available financial products and services
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance and financial solutions within the scope of licensing
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Complete required training and licensing requirements
- Follow applicable licensing, compliance, and privacy requirements
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to complete required training and licensing
- Previous customer service or sales experience is considered an asset but is not required
Licensing Requirements
This position requires completion of the Harmonized Life License Qualification Program (HLLQP) and any applicable provincial licensing requirements before independently providing life insurance products and related financial services.
Applicants who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the licensing process.
Applicable licensing and registration fees are the responsibility of the applicant.
Compensation
This position offers commission-based compensation. Earnings are based on individual performance and no salary or hourly wage is provided.
Estimated earnings: $1,300–$3,000 per month.
