Duties
- Communicate clearly with clients to confirm pick-up and drop-off details, providing friendly and professional service throughout each trip
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols diligently to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Collaborate closely with your partner team member to coordinate routes efficiently and deliver seamless service
- Document trip details accurately in logs or digital systems as required
