What You’ll Be Doing
As a Professional Painter, your day-to-day will include:
- Interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects
- Surface prep: washing, sanding, patching, caulking, priming
- Applying coatings using brush, roller, and sprayer
- Protecting client property and maintaining clean workspaces
- Following proven systems to ensure consistent results
- Working at a steady, professional pace that keeps projects on schedule
- Communicating respectfully with clients and teammates

- Clean, consistent finishes with minimal touch-ups
- Projects completed smoothly and on time
- Job sites that feel organized and stress-free
- Positive feedback from clients and team leads
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
Experience We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional painting experience (no DIY)
- Strong brushing, rolling, and cutting-in skills
- Spray experience is an asset
- Ability to maintain quality while working efficiently
- Physical capability for ladders, lifting, and full workdays
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Full-time availability
