Mark’s Commercial, our second Orangeville location, is focused on company uniforms, custom apparel and promotional products. Our showroom is open to the public, and we offer onsite embroidery, printing services, and engraving services.

Production Coordinator
As a representative of our Mark's Commercial division, you will be responsible for preparing orders for production, assisting with product and material organization, tracking order progression and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
You will work in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment with multiple orders, requiring strong attention to detail. A high priority is placed on customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring artwork and products are ready for customization team
- Prepare and organize printed artwork for customization team
- Assist with artwork testing and approvals prior to order production
- Organize embroidery files and prepare thread sequences
- Assist with procurement and sourcing of products and materials
- Quality control, ensuring the finished product meets internal and customer expectations
- Trimming completed embroidered garments and prepping orders for delivery
- Order tracking, including monitoring order progress and communicating updates to customers
- Assist Mark’s Commercial team with various order-related tasks to complete orders by set deadlines
- Customer follow-ups and problem resolution, including addressing any issues that arise during the order process, such as inventory shortages or shipping delays
- Production support
- Inventory management
- Understanding and explaining what we do at Mark's Commercial to new clients, and guiding customers through the sales process
- Provide sales support to existing customers that may be looking to place a new order or are following up on a current order
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work area and production space
Qualifications:
- Experience working with order processing
- Ability to adapt to multiple internal computer systems
- Knowledge & experience with DST files would be an asset
- Experience in a graphic or design-related environment would be an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with web design or coding would be an asset
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings, days, evenings and weekends
- A desire for long-term employment
- Able to work independently and as a member of the team
- Able to lift at least 50lbs and be comfortable bending, lifting and kneeling
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates computer literacy
- High school education or equivalent
