Mississauga manufacturer of Automation Machinery and Robotic systems has an urgent requirement for an experienced AMINISTRATION and MARKETING ASSISTANT to support our sales and technical departments with all aspects involved in the sales and marketing of our Machinery, Parts and Service. Solid experience with digital marketing and social media is required.
Duties to include:
All Aspects of Sales and Customer Service Including:
-Answering the telephone
-After Sales and Service follow up with Client
-Taking and generating part sales
-Preparing Quotations for Machinery, Service and Parts – and after quote follow up.
-Administration duties including filing
-Updating CRM System
-Cold calling and Trade Show support
-Preparing sales materials
The successful candidate must be fluent in English and have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, MS Outlook, CRM. We require a motivated team player with exceptional above average customer service skills.
