What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with care and efficiency
- Process prescription refills and enter new prescriptions with accuracy
- Manage incoming faxes and maintain organized records
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, pharmacist direction, and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
What You Bring:
- Bilingual – fluent in both French and English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate language barriers while demonstrating genuine care
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Environment & Conditions:
- Manual dexterity required
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- A mix of sitting, standing, bending, and walking
- Repetitive tasks with occasional weekend and overtime shifts
