Job Title: Bilingual Account Receivable Coordinator
Location: Halton Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: $22.00-$25.00/hour

Our client in Halton Region, ON is actively looking for a Bilingual Account Receivable Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers in English and French regarding:
- Short payments
- Pricing discrepancies
- Missing receipts
- Execute collections activities according to company policy.
- Review and manage orders exceeding credit limits.
- Work with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare and distribute customer statements.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payment.
- Process debit and credit adjustments.
- Apply customer payments to accounts daily.
- Reconcile cash receipts with bank activity.
- Support the AR Manager with additional receivables functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting.
- Approximately 5 years of Accounts Receivable and data entry experience.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Dynamics
- Excel (formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
- Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills appear highly desirable due to customer-facing responsibilities.
