The role is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and administration of our commercial/Residential property portfolio with a total of 900 units. The role functions as the primary team leader, providing direction to property management team of maintenance, building managers and landscapers, supporting their success, and ensuring accountability and ownership over respective roles and departments. This role works hard to achieve the goals of the company’s property management department.
This role will reports directly to the Executive team of the company, and has a key role in supporting the executive team through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations, and delivering solid property performance. The company has a clear vision and objectives for its portfolio, and the Senior Property Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve the objectives, with regular reporting following established structure.
The position is actively involved in the communities in which the company operates, and is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with local officials, businesses, clients, customers and strategic partners.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property management or facilities roles, or related fields.
