Lead Insulation Installer
Pay : $30.00-$45.00 per hour
The Same Guys Insulation is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Insulation Installer to join our growing team.
We specialize in attic insulation, insulation removals, air sealing, batt & vapour barrier, basement blanket insulation, and other residential insulation services throughout Durham Region and surrounding areas.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading a crew, communicates professionally with customers, and can complete jobs with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential insulation projects from start to finish.
- Complete attic insulation, insulation removals, batt insulation, vapour barrier, air sealing, and baffle installation.
- Operate insulation blowing and removal equipment.
- Safely operate and maintain a company truck.
- Lead and train a 2-3 person crew.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Residential insulation experience is required.
- Experience with attic insulation, insulation removals, batt insulation, vapour barrier, air sealing, and baffle installation.
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
- Able to lift 50 lb bags.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent work ethic with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and lead a crew.
- Willing to start early, work overtime when required, and occasional Saturdays.
- Criminal background check may be required.
