Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Adoption Lead to spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence solutions across our organization. This pivotal role involves guiding teams through the adoption process, ensuring seamless implementation, and fostering a culture of innovation. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and improvement.
- Lead pilot projects, oversee deployment, and monitor performance metrics to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide training and support to staff to facilitate smooth transition and effective utilization of AI tools.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI use, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, executive leadership, and stakeholders to communicate progress and insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading AI or digital transformation initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data analytics, natural language processing, and related AI technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with cloud computing platforms, data governance frameworks, and change management methodologies.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
