Job Title: Technical Coordinator III (SCADA/Leak Detection)
Job Location: Edmonton, AB
Schedule: On-site Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office)
Our client is seeking a Technical Coordinator III to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, supporting the delivery of SCADA and Leak Detection software solutions in an Agile environment.
What's the Job?
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable technical tasks
- Support solution design discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Plan, coordinate, and track multiple project activities simultaneously
- Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track
- Provide clear and consistent status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Organize and deliver product demos to showcase progress and gather feedback
- Support backlog grooming and prioritization alongside product owners and development teams
What's Needed?
- Minimum 7 years of related experience
- Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycles; technical experience is an asset
- Proven experience in project coordination or management roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
