Roofing Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves engaging directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to generate leads, schedule inspections, and promote our roofing services, including roof repairs, roof replacements, siding, eavestroughs, and exterior renovations.

Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing within assigned neighborhoods to generate roofing and exterior renovation leads
- Engage homeowners in professional conversations about the condition of their roofs and exterior systems
- Schedule free roof inspections and estimate appointments for qualified prospects
- Educate homeowners on roofing products, repair options, replacement solutions, warranties, and insurance claim processes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, appointments, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams on local outreach campaigns and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in all customer interactions
- Provide feedback regarding customer concerns, market trends, competitor activity, and neighborhood opportunities
- Meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing sales, construction sales, home improvement sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently approach homeowners and build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is an asset
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Knowledge of roofing, siding, eavestroughs, or exterior renovations is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
- Must be dependable, professional, and driven to achieve results
