Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being for our clients. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-massage care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Promote wellness services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and professional standards of practice.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Effective communication skills to explain treatment plans, gather client feedback, and build rapport.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment.
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapists.

- Compensation structure is flexible and may be commission-based or hourly depending on experience and availability.
- As a medical and wellness clinic, we also provide internal patient referrals to support the growth of our RMT team and help build a consistent client base.
Pay: From $90.00 per hour
