About the Role
PuroClean is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Content Evaluator / Contents Technician to join our restoration team. This role is responsible for assessing, handling, packing, inventorying, cleaning, and resetting customer contents following property damage events such as water, fire, smoke, and mould losses.
The ideal candidate has experience handling household and commercial contents, takes pride in their work, and has exceptional attention to detail when documenting and restoring customer belongings.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document the condition of customer contents.
- Carefully pack, inventory, and transport contents from affected properties.
- Clean, restore, and organize contents according to company procedures.
- Reset contents in homes and businesses following restoration work.
- Complete detailed inventories and documentation using company software and processes.
- Handle customer belongings with care and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, technicians, and customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in contents restoration, moving, packing, warehousing, or related fields preferred.
- Experience handling and packing household or commercial contents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move items safely (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with inventory management or restoration software is an asset.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
